On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of HR Specialist.
Opis
- Facilitate employee onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration when applicable
- Support performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting processes, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, ensure compliance with training requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments for non-trading roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications and feedback
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards
- Communicate effectively with management on progress of open positions
Zahtevi
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software
- Strong understanding of HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
