On behalf of our client, Atlas Copco – a global leader in industrial equipment and compressed air solutions – Manpower is seeking a passionate and strategically minded professional for the position of National Service Manager SerbiaIn this key leadership role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing service operations across Serbia, based in Belgrade. The focus will be on leading a talented and motivated team, optimizing service processes, and developing innovative strategies that deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to sustainable and profitable business growth.

Description

  • As National Service Manager Serbia, you will assume a vital leadership position at the forefront of the Service business within the Customer Center. This role is a cornerstone of the local management team, where you will lead an enthusiastic and talented cross-functional team.
  • The primary focus will be on service operations throughout Serbia, ensuring that service offerings meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • The overarching mission of the role is to drive sustainable and profitable growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences. This includes optimizing operations and developing innovative service strategies across the entire equipment portfolio. The position plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and aligning operations with broader business objectives.
  • You will report directly to the Regional Business Line Manager CTS SEE, collaborating with regional experts in areas such as sales, finance, and marketing. This role will empower your team and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and shared success.

Requirements

  •  Proven leadership: At least 3 years of experience in a service or aftermarket management role.
  •  Business acumen: Solid understanding of financial drivers, with previous P&L responsibility and experience in managing service performance metrics.
  •  Customer focus: Demonstrated ability to build trust and deliver value through excellent service.
  •  Market knowledge: Familiarity with industrial compressors and awareness of the regional business environment.
  •  Technical and digital fluency: Comfortable using CTS tools and digital platforms for planning, reporting, and engaging with customers.
  •  Education: Engineering degree is preferred; a Master's in Marketing or Business Administration is a strong asset.
  •  Languages: Fluency in Serbian and English is essential.
  •  Mindset: Strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and results-driven professional.
  •  Mobility: Willingness to travel across the country on a regular basis.
