Risk Analyst Associate

On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Risk Analyst Associate.

Description

• Assist with (KYC) procedures, including reviewing and gathering documentation for both customers and suppliers
• Support the credit insurance process, including review of coverage terms, tracking exposure limits, and coordinating applications for new or increased limits
• Assist with contract review, ensuring commercial terms align with internal risk policies and credit insurance parameters
• Help monitor and maintain contract and counterparty risk files, flagging discrepancies and highlighting areas of concern
• Track and maintain files for counterparties, including credit limits, insurance coverage, and document compliance
• Collaborate with internal departments (finance, logistics, commercial) to ensure alignment on risk management protocols
• Provide ad hoc support on miscellaneous projects within the risk team, including system rollouts, comliance updates, or internal audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance, compliance, or risk-related function (internships included)
• Familiarity with KYC processes, credit insurance, or contract review is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with internal systems and databases
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
