ERP Specialist

Short Description

On behalf of our client, an international company specializing in cable and harness assembly for various industriesin agro-business, Manpower Serbia is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of ERP Specialist.As ERP Specialist, you will be the 1st level go-to person for ERP-related topics. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, support colleagues across the organisation, and participate in development projects to continuously improve how we use our ERP system.

Description

• Act as ERP subject matter expert and first point of contact for ERP-related issues.
• Support and train end-users across departments to ensure effective system use.
• Analyse business needs and translate them into ERP functionality and improvements.
• Participate in ERP upgrade and integration projects.
• Document workflows, processes, and configurations

Requirements

• Educational background in IT, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on ERP experience (any platform – IFS training will be provided).
• Service minded
• Analytical mindset and interest in business processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Structured, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel 20–30 days annually (4-6 travels annually) Travel will primarily be to Mekoprint Head office in Aalborg, Denmark.
