Process Engineer

On behalf of our client, a global provider of magnet wire that is used by most major OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industry leaders in the automotive, energy, industrial, and commercial & residential sectors, Manpower Serbia is looking for a skilled and responsible candidate for the position of Process Engineer.

Opis

• Ensures process and product stability in accordance with quality requirements and customer specifications
• Analyzes production processes and proposes solutions to reduce total scrap in the factory
• Standardizes and improves control of the production process and products according to current company standards and customer requirements
• Creates product components in the BOM
• Enters and analyzes data from system programs (Sight machine, QAD, CAQ)
• Develops and implements prescribed procedures and instructions in production
• He is responsible for the preparation of the FMEA and through the coordination of the team, all necessary changes
• Undertakes all necessary measures to implement the 5S work methodology
• Solves product quality problems, participates in the preparation of responses to customer complaints using appropriate tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 why)
• Trains production operators to achieve optimal efficiency of personnel and equipment and to achieve the required product quality
• Propose corrective measures to improve the production process through corrective measures and implement defined actions for improvement, if necessary, cooperate with other process owners
• Propose improvement and savings projects through (GOE) work plan
• He is responsible for achieving a stable and efficient flow of production
• He is responsible for the introduction of new production lines and products, in accordance with the factory development plan, if necessary he goes to training at other locations of the company
• He is in charge of measuring production times, defining the production time through the component, the necessary personnel for production
• Prepares and organizes meetings in order to solve problems for efficient functioning of production and production processes
• Prepares regular reports and reports on the activities performed
• Works on energy saving and environmental pollution reduction projects
• Willingness to work after working hours
• Regular process activities

Zahtevi

• University degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy , Technology or Electrical field
• Continuous improvement process
• High degree of motivation, oriented to results
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP, Ishikawa)
• Fluent in English language
• Knowledge of PC software (Excel, Word, Power point).
• Knowledge of standards - ISO9001, IATF16949, 14001, 45001, 50001
