On behalf of our client, a successful international company operating within the real estate industry, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take the role of an IT Specialist

Opis

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters at the local site.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with HQ directives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with HQ on IT projects, upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor system usage and performance, and recommend improvements.

Zahtevi

• 2 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
• Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
• Fluent in Serbian and English

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft/AWS are a plus.
• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
