On behalf of our client, a fast-growing Serbian agribusiness company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Finance Manager

Opis

• Prepare and present financial statements and internal reports (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow).
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting in compliance with local tax legislation.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of financial data and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with external auditors, ensure delivery of required documents, and support the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Identify and report on financial risks; support implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Support treasury functions, including banking relationships and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and business analysis.

Zahtevi

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably within agriculture or export-focused sectors.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; knowledge of 1C ERP is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills and good command of English or Russian (fluency in at least one is required).
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
