Legal Support Associate

• Provides support to inhouse lawyers, as well as external advisors and internal clients, as needed, to ensure timely, efficient, and professional execution of duties of the Legal Department.
• Prepares, reviews and manages the process of drafting a wide spectrum of contracts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents required for business operations, to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, in a comprehensive and efficient manner, and under minimal supervision;
• Analyzes and researches legal regulations, company policies and legal practice to deliver thorough and comprehensive legal advice/opinions provided by the Legal Department to business clients across the organization. Provides support during negotiations when necessary;
• Studies, monitors compliance, and advises internal clients on company policies and procedures;
• Under supervision of an inhouse lawyer, participates in various interdepartmental activities / project teams, providing legal expertise to support business activities and ensure the legality of processes.
