Prijavi seAs part of your duties in Belgrade Office, you will be responsible for Assisting up to 3 Project Managers (PM) in their duties within large-scale and complex international wind energy projects in cooperation with the Project manager and Commercial project manager, which involves: Under the guidance of the project manager, you will work collaboratively in tandem with them at every stage of the project, from its preparation to its closure.
Project Preparation:
- Managing Project Documentation: You will be responsible for preparing the regulatory documentation ahead of the project's commencement.
- Subcontractor Management: This entails liaising with service providers, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, creating purchase orders through SAP, preparing contracts, and setting up the construction site.
Project Execution:
- Assisting the PM in the creation and planning of the tasks and work packages
- Gathering information and research as required
- Carrying out administrative duties such as creating estimates, verification of the suppliers’ invoices, meeting schedules, and so on
- Support the PM with project monitoring and reporting on the development of the project
- Support the PM with tracking project performance and progress
- Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure the construction teams get the required supplies, materials, and services
- Complete any tasks assigned / delegated by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
Site Monitoring:
- Site Material Procurement: Managing both external and internal orders for various materials and spare parts required for the project.
- Quality Monitoring: You will be responsible for overseeing and tracking any non-conformities that arise during the project's execution.
Project Closure:
- Organizing Site Closure: This involves the demobilization of the construction site facilities and equipment.
- Documentation Management: Collecting and categorizing all project-related documentation for handovers to other departments.
