WORKSHOP 'THE CAREER JOURNEY OF A SALESPERSON' HELD FOR MEMBERS OF ESTIEM LG BELGRADE ORGANIZATION
"Continuing the tradition of successful collaboration with the ESTIEM LG Belgrade organization, we held a workshop titled ""The Career Journey of a Salesperson"" with the aim of familiarizing participants with the world of sales through open discussion and creative methods. The workshop was led by our colleague Nemanja Nikolić, Business Development Manager, who shared his career journey, the values that guided him along the way, and the habits crucial for success.
Our colleague Marija Škrbić Dražić, Coordinator for Community Development & Social Responsibility, introduced Manpower company, our operations, and activities to the participants. Following this, we had the opportunity to hear from the participants about their career plans, where they envision themselves, and how they are working towards their goals.
