Operations Coordinator

• Operational support of global content providers in the gaming sector. 
• Includes setups, testing, forecasting, ordering, stock management and roll-out of products. 
• Implementation of solutions for the distribution of physical gift cards and digital products in collaboration with content and sales partners in global markets 
• Technical onboarding of new content partners - Central interface for operational coordination between internal departments, epay country teams, content providers, and sales partners 
• Secondary Responsibilities: Support for content provider-related projects 
• Coordination of card production, promotions, retailer approvals & rollouts 
• Optimization of existing processes Daily Tasks: - Technical setup and testing of new products 
• Management of product and marketing assets 
• Coordination of approval processes 
• Maintenance of internal documentation 
• Surveillance of essential processes to ensure smooth daily business such as card stock or PIN stock management  -
