  • Providing full-cycle accounting services to clients;
  • Maintaining and overseeing general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations;
  • Independently managing clients, including keeping all accounting records;
  • Creating and analyzing liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation;
  • Arranging work assignments in line with deadlines and adequately organizing accounting tasks for clients;
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports, as well as revenue projections and expenditure forecasts;
  • Establishing and maintaining professional communication with clients regarding the implementation of accounting transactions, and proactively addressing document accuracy, identifying potential risks, and informing clients when transactions are not adequately documented;
  • Preparing financial statements and tax balances;
  • Preparing tax returns and monitoring / supporting taxation requirements independently and in cooperation with the tax department (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc.)
  • Providing all necessary records in the SEF and monitoring amendments and additions to legal regulations and subordinate acts;
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies;
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations and investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues;
  • Assisting with tax audits;
  • Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments;
  • Implementing and improving internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting systems;
  • Organizing tasks within the accounting team and supervising and supporting the work of colleagues (junior and senior staff) in the accounting sector;
  • Coaching and educating interns and junior colleagues;
  • Ensuring continuous professional development through ongoing education;
  • Updating financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when needed.
