For our client, an internationally recognized provider of advanced IT solutions and services, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Collaboration Specialist. - Support pre-sales efforts by identifying and designing collaboration solutions tailored to customer's needs
- Planning, maintenance, and management of Cisco on-prem collaboration solutions
- Administration and management of the central systems of collaboration infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Provide technical support to customers
- Creation of project documentation
- Implementation of projects
- Monitoring the development of technology in one's field
- System support and technical advice to customers and internal teams
- Share knowledge with colleagues through internal trainings and presentations
- Provide services to customers abroad
- Education in computer science, informatics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration
- Cisco’s collaboration suite. Hands-on knowledge in managing and maintaining the following solutions: CUCM, CUBE, CUC, IMP, CMS, UCCX, UCCE, Expressway
- Strong understanding of network protocols, particularly TCP/IP
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to collaboration solutions
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel and work abroad
- Willingness to learn
