Production Planner

On behalf of our client, a renowned international company specializing in process optimization within the automotive industry, Manpower Serbia is seeking a skilled and responsible candidate for the position of: Production Planner

Job Description:

• Monitoring and optimizing production processes within manufacturing facilities
• Ensuring continuous operations and high production performance
• Implementing measures to improve efficiency in terms of workforce, cost, and time
• Collaborating with the quality control department to resolve quality issues
• Maintenance planning: defining schedules and frequency for replacement, cleaning, and maintenance of plant components
• Implementing technical improvements in production facilities
• Preparing work instructions and technical documentation
• Creating specification requirements for production processes

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields)
• Previous experience in similar roles within production facilities, particularly in production planning
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of German and/or English is desirable
• Valid category B driving license
