Manpower Serbia is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital presence across the region. Job description - Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google ads)
- Manage social networks on a daily basis
- Set up, monitor, and report on campaign performance (ROI, engagement, lead generation)
- Collaborate closely with the sales, recruitment, and other teams on lead-generation campaigns
- Develop and manage content strategies across all digital channels (social media, email, website)
- Design and coordinate visual materials and creatives in line with brand guidelines
- Write and edit copy for various platforms
- Create, edit, and maintain corporate presentations
- Oversee email marketing tools and coordinate mass mailings
- Track and analyze campaign results and user behavior, providing actionable insights
- Collaborate with regional teams
- Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors (e.g., billboard providers, design agencies)
- Manage job portal communication
- Support the organization of career fairs, industry events, and act as a point of contact for logistics
- Maintain and update the company website and promote services through social media
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and boost brand awareness across platforms
- Follow and research business trends with a focus on HR
Position Requirements - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
- Deep knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Mailerlite, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proven ability to manage and analyze campaigns using analytics tools
- Strong eye for design and branding
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, energetic, and hands-on mindset – initiative and creativity are key
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
