On behalf of our client, Kromberg & Schubert, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the Deputy Production Manger position.
Deputy Production Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the entire production process, managing and evaluating of the employees in the Department of Production. Deputy Production Manager is responsible to define the risk and chances of the processes in his/her area of responsibility. Additionally, the jobholder is responsible to maintain and/or increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes in responsibility. Also, as a deputy process owner the holder of this position is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
• Define the KPI’s and to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
• Information about the processes and the defined KPI’s
• Monitor of the KPI’s
• Regular analyse and evaluation of the KPI’s
• Definition and follow-up of measures if necessary
• At least annual revision / adaptation of KPI”s and coordination between global and local process owners
• Maintain the process and the process description
• Report for fulfilment of the norm and deviation on equipment delivered by the project maintenance team and preparation of a report for elimination of deviation.
• Improve the work process in a technical and organizational sense in coordination with other managers and other departments.
• Participate in planning and adapting the resources needed for the work process.
• Providing the necessary time, quality and targets for the implementation of projects.
• Constant monitoring and control of the production process and quality standards.
• Monthly production planning.
• Responsible for budget planning.
• Implementing functional and disciplinary measures for the group for which it is responsible.
• Planning the activities of employees in his team.
• Organizing employees' vacations, evidence of absent employees and replacing them.
• Coordination of external groups from other support factories at the request of the Technical and Commercial Director.
• Responsible for implementing safety and health at work.
Requirements:• University degree – VI/VII degree
• Basic knowledge of changes in the management of industrial engineering.
• Good knowledge of line planning and management.
• Advanced knowledge and ability to analyse weak points in the production process.
• Advanced knowledge of how to plan for production.
• Good knowledge of the internal tool for measuring the efficiency in CSMK "Leistungsrechnung".
• Good knowledge of job description for each job position - Bandplan.
• Advanced knowledge of the Krokus tool.
• Good knowledge of the 5s and 8D systems.
• Basic knowledge of the quality management system (TQM).
•Good leadership capabilities.
