Description
Strategic Client Leadership & Growth
- Own a portfolio of 6-10 B2B client accounts, with responsibility for retention and growth (targeting 110% net revenue retention and ~10% annual account growth)
- Act as the strategic growth partner to director- and VP-level stakeholders
- Develop integrated marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, content, automation, and performance analytics
- Lead quarterly business reviews focused on ROI, pipeline impact, and future growth initiatives
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with clients' business objectives
Performance Oversight & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate closely with project management and production teams to ensure high-quality execution aligned with strategy
- Ensure deliverables connect clearly to KPIs and broader business objectives
- Proactively identify risks to retention and performance — and address them early
- Maintain strong scope awareness in partnership with production leadership
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable growth recommendations
- Guide clients through performance reporting with clarity and confidence
- Leverage automation and emerging AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and strategic insight

Requirements
- 5+ years in a client-facing agency role, managing B2B accounts
- Demonstrated success in retaining and growing sophisticated clients (ideally in SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors)
- Strong commercial mindset — you understand margin, scope, and growth levers
- Ability to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, content strategy, email marketing, and HubSpot
- Confidence in interpreting performance data and translating it into business impact
- Proactive communication style — you anticipate challenges rather than react to them
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills across multiple accounts
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience managing website redesign or complex digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and automation platforms
- Experience contributing to account expansion or upsell strategy
