Description
- Managing clients orders and responding to customer inquiries by phone, email or through other means.
- Managing sales opportunities for all product, performing all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales
- Checking inventory and fulfill orders
- Notifying customers of price and deliver changes for orders places online, verbally, fax or by email
- Input quotations and orders into the sales order processing systems
- Pro-actively developing new business through outgoing customer calls and other means
- Helping sales area to obtain daily goals
- And other duties in line with business requirements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or similar roles is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
