Description

• Managing clients orders and responding to customer inquiries by phone, email or through other means.
• Managing sales opportunities for all product, performing all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales
• Checking inventory and fulfill orders
• Notifying customers of price and deliver changes for orders places online, verbally, fax or by email
• Input quotations and orders into the sales order processing systems
• Pro-actively developing new business through outgoing customer calls and other means
• Helping sales area to obtain daily goals
• Other duties in line with business requirements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is required
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or similar roles is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
