On behalf of our client, Manpower is looking for a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the role of Facility and Maintenance Manager.
Description
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of buildings, equipment and infrastructure
- Planning and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Planning, implementation and development of spaces
- Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control for facility operations
- Responsible for the maintenance of machines and plants
- Maintain records, reports and documentation related to maintenance activities
- Responsible for calibration program
- Providing technical advice on facilities management topics
- Responsible for maintenance of external facilities and cleaning maintenance
- Management of adaptations and renovations
- Monitor and optimize energy usage and sustainability practices
- Supervision and coordination of direct and indirect employees
- Procurement, maintenance and servicing of equipment and installations
- Planning and supervision of the supply
- Coordination of external suppliers and services
- Responsible for procurement of tools and spare parts
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of relevant obligations
- Responsible for Fire protection system maintenance
- Responsible for Waste Management and Civil Protection
- Responsible for physical and organizational security of the facility
- Handle emergency repairs and ensure quick response to facility issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in facility management, maintenance or a similar role
- Experience in team leadership and supervision of maintenance staff
- Strong knowledge of facility and maintenance management regulations
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems etc.)
- Knowledge in procurement area and drafting contracts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
- MS Office, preferred SAP
- Fluent English language
