Short Description
On behalf of our client, Techron Automotive, a company specialized in the production of plastic modules and components for the automotive industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Back Office Manager.
Description
- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, absences, and leave requests
- Preparing and verifying all documentation required for payroll processing, and coordinating closely with the external payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary payments
- Entering, updating, and monitoring employee and project data in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
- Generating internal reports, summaries, and statistics to support HR and management decisionmaking
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and the HR team, including handling correspondence, filing, and documentation management
- Organizing, reviewing, and maintaining administrative records and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and easy retrieval
- Organize internal administration affairs
- Develop and maintain onside accounting procedures and management
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education in Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR role
- Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Chinese language is highly desirable
