Short Description

On behalf of our client, Philip Morris International, Manpower Serbia is searching for for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position IQOS Communication Associate. The IQOS Communication Associate provides operational support in the planning and execution of communication activities for the Serbian market, and support for SEE markets. The role focuses on coordination of campaign materials, collaboration with agencies and internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate deployment of communication deliverables. This role involves executing all brand campaigns (portfolio, brand, program, promotional, and occasion) in collaboration with lrelevant commercial teams, while safeguarding brand standards compliance with global brand guidelines and local legislation.

Description

  • Campaign & Communication Operations Support: Support the implementation of local communication activities and campaigns, following materials and instructions provided by SEE and global teams. Organize, prepare, and adapt existing communication assets for local deployment (digital, retail, CRM, engagement). Coordinate daily with creative, media, and production agencies to ensure timely delivery of operational assets. Prepare supportive documentation for deployment (asset lists, delivery overviews, formats). Prepare reproting and proof of execution across campaings during and after the deplyment.
  • Asset Management & Deployment Coordination: Maintain and distribute documentation required for deployment (file naming, versioning, delivery tracking, link management). Deliver assets to channel owners (Retail, Digital, CRM, Trade), ensuring correct formats, dimensions, and final approvals. Conduct basic quality checks of assets (visual accuracy, correct messaging placement, correct sizes/resolutions). Handle access management and ensure correct sharing of files and working folders.
  • Administrative & Organizational Support: Manage operational trackers, deployment calendars, deadlines, and follow-up lists. Consolidate inputs from internal teams (Digital, Brand Engagement, Commercial, PR) as support to line manager and team functioning. Support preparation of status updates, overviews related to deliverables, timelines, and approvals (through mails and dediacted systems), followed by reporting systematiozation. Provide logistical coordination (CE/invoice creation follow-up, vendor communication, confirmation of details and documentation).
  • Compliance & Guideline Alignment: Support checks ensuring all materials comply with brand guidelines and local legal requirements (HW, DTI, mandatory warnings). Assist with administrative submission of materials into internal approval systems (Flowingly/BCM&Governance/eGain/Workflow). Provide requested materials and versions to Legal/EA for review, and share back final approved files with relevant teams.
  • Evaluation of Communication Deliverables: Review agency‑produced communication materials (digital assets, retail visuals, print adaptations, KV crops, formats, PR tools and materials) to ensure accuracy, correct execution, and alignment with brand guidelines and approved communication directions. Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to agencies and internal teams on what works well and what should be adjusted, based on brand knowledge, deployment needs, and compliance requirements. Identify inconsistencies, errors, or deviations in delivered materials and flag them through the proper channels to secure timely corrections before deployment.
  • Reporting and KPIs Reports on brand campaign performance and track KPIs for markets.
  • Integrity and compliance: Follows PM policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them in daily activities. Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. Assure all company equipment and property is maintained in a good condition and adheres to all relevant EHS policies and procedures. Advocate and assure safety and compliance and report all accidents and events regardless of their magnitude. Ensure that all activities are in line with PM Marketing Code and Code of conduct and ensure advisory to retail to meet law requirements regarding smoking prevention.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand, marketing, communications, marketing agency or similar execution related roles.
  • Experience coordinating materials, managing operational workflows, or working with agencies.
  • Understanding of various communication channels and fit to channels (digital, retail, BTL).
  • Experience working in international company or working with international brands (an advantage)
  • Organizational & Operational Skills: Strong coordination, organization, and process discipline. High attention to detail and reliability in execution. Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication with agencies and internal stakeholders. Ability to provide structured feedback on communication deliverables. Strong teamwork mindset and responsiveness. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Understanding of asset formats, specifications, and delivery requirements.
