On behalf of our client,  a leading manufacturer of high-quality brass fittings, valves, and plumbing/heating components,  Manpower Serbia is seeking motivated candidates for the Project & Key Account Sales Manager.We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project &y Account Sales Manager to lead project sales development and manage strategic key accounts across the area of responsibility. This role is responsible for opening new markets, securing project specifications, and developing long-term partnerships with key customers while acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.

Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by opening new markets and project routes.
  • Identify, track, and develop projects from early design stages through execution.
  • Secure specifications and approvals for Tiemme solutions in regional projects.
  • Generate project business through builders, architects, consultants, installers, and developers.
  • Visit project sites regularly to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Headquarters Technical Marketing to develop application solutions and field presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers and engineering teams.
  • Develop, manage, and grow assigned key accounts across the region.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (owners, CEOs, chief engineers, procurement managers, and department heads).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop account strategies, growth plans, and annual business plans for key customers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, secure and renew contracts, and manage order pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted consultant by listening to customer requirements and proposing tailored technical and commercial solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong technical competence across all relevant products, systems, and solutions.
  • Assess customer equipment needs and determine system requirements in coordination with engineers.
  • Support customers with problem-solving related to installed equipment and applications.
  • Apply and deliver technical and commercial customer training programs as required.
  • Achieve assigned project and key account sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support and develop the local sales network to maximize market coverage and performance.

  • Secure orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth execution in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Prepare daily and periodic sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market activities and performance.
  • Participate in internal and external customer events, exhibitions, and training sessions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Sales and/or Key Account Management, preferably in building systems, HVAC, plumbing, or related technical industries.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to present and explain complex solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 40%).
  • Professional appearance and compliance with company dress code.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting company values and professionalism.
