On behalf of our client, Just Fun d.o.o. and the Danish retail brand with stores worldwide – Flying Tiger Copenhagen – Manpower Serbia is seeking motivated candidates for the Logistics Specialist role. 

Description

1. Transport and Logistics

• Organizes, coordinates and manages the process of transporting goods to and from the company.
• Ensures that all transport activities are carried out in accordance with the stipulated deadlines, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Ensures optimal use of transport resources to reduce costs.

2. Customs Procedures

• Organizes and monitors the implementation of all customs procedures related to the import and export of goods.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and corporate rules.
• Communicates with customs brokers and competent authorities for timely and accurate completion of procedures.

3. Order and Delivery Tracking

• Continuously monitors the status of orders and the movement of deliveries.
• Verify the accuracy of quantities, items and delivery dates.
• Ensures timely information to relevant departments about any delays or problems.

4. Communication and coordination with transport companies

• Establishes and maintains effective communication with external transport partners.
• Negotiates terms and prices of transport services.
• Ensures that all partners follow corporate standards, safety protocols and legal regulations.

5. Analysis and improvement of logistics processes

• Analyzes existing transport, storage and delivery processes.
• Proposes measures for optimization, cost reduction and improvement of speed and accuracy.
• Implements innovations and technological solutions for automation and efficiency.

6. Reports and performance

• Prepares regular reports on key indicators (KPI) related to logistics.
• Analyzes results and proposes improvement measures.
• Delivers reports to management with an emphasis on problems, trends and recommendations.

7. Problem solving

• Reacts quickly to delays, damage to goods or administrative obstacles.
• Coordinates internal and external resources to overcome the situation.
• Takes preventive measures to prevent the same problems from recurring

Requirements

• Previous experience in the same or a similar position in an international logistics environment
• University degree in the field of logistics, transport, or a related field would be considered an advantage
• Excelent knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
• Excelent knowledge of Business English Language 
• Driving licence B category
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management tools
• High level of work ethic and responsibility towards work
