On behalf of our client, a young and rapidly growing company specializing in plastic injection mold tooling with a strong presence in Serbia, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to take on the challenge and excel in the position of Production/Toolshop Leader.
Description
- Design and manufacture high-quality injection molding tools.
- Manage and oversee the production process, including CNC milling, wire EDM, and electrode EDM.
- Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Implement new technologies and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in the machining processes.
- Experience in managing a tool production department.
- Strong leadership skills and the potential for effective team management are essential.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
