Our client is a successful international company operating within the real estate industry. To support their local operations, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take the role of a Deputy Shopping Center Manager.

Description

  • Providing administrative, business and logistics support to SC Manager
  • Dealing with outsource providers for facility and maintenance services
  • Administration of maintenance requests, trouble-shooting the problem and organization of repair with external partners
  • Supervising facility operations and serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding facility-related and maintenance issues
  • Assisting SC Manager with tenant coordination
  • Responsibility for technical matters with Technical Manager
  • Responsible for budget management for maintenance
  • Communication with external associates
  • Coordination and supervision of office orders, contracts, agreements and invoices
  • Coordination and participation in marketing activities
  • Participation in specialized projects

Requirements

  • College or university degree preferred
  • Experience in similar position would be highly appreciated
  • Basic technical skills in maintenance
  • Working knowledge of English and general Microsoft Office literacy
  • Good communicator with advanced organization skills and hands-on approach
  • Enthusiastic and supportive personality, willing to learn and advance
