Our client is a successful international company operating within the real estate industry. To support their local operations, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take the role of a Deputy Shopping Center Manager.
Description
- Providing administrative, business and logistics support to SC Manager
- Dealing with outsource providers for facility and maintenance services
- Administration of maintenance requests, trouble-shooting the problem and organization of repair with external partners
- Supervising facility operations and serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding facility-related and maintenance issues
- Assisting SC Manager with tenant coordination
- Responsibility for technical matters with Technical Manager
- Responsible for budget management for maintenance
- Communication with external associates
- Coordination and supervision of office orders, contracts, agreements and invoices
- Coordination and participation in marketing activities
- Participation in specialized projects
Requirements
- College or university degree preferred
- Experience in similar position would be highly appreciated
- Basic technical skills in maintenance
- Working knowledge of English and general Microsoft Office literacy
- Good communicator with advanced organization skills and hands-on approach
- Enthusiastic and supportive personality, willing to learn and advance
