On behalf of our client, Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare and pharmaceutical company, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the Content Delivery Specialist role.

Description

• Review and approve regional company materials, ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Manage the regional scientific reference library in the company’s electronic review platform.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, IT, agencies) to support material creation and process optimization.
• Provide operational and administrative support within the EMEA SKL team in an agile work environment.
• Perform analyses using existing dashboards and generate regular and ad-hoc metric reports.
• Participate in cross-functional optimization projects for internal MLR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc or higher) in a STEM or scientific field
• Prior experience in Medical Information, Quality Control, or medical review/approvals is a plus
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret scientific data
• Hands-on, proactive, self-organised, and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Collaborative, able to work remotely, and comfortable with digital communication tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scientific literature databases
• Knowledge of the Agile framework and project management is an advantage
