On behalf of our client, Just Fun d.o.o. and the Danish retail brand with stores worldwide – Flying Tiger Copenhagen – Manpower Serbia is seeking motivated candidates for the Sales Assistant role. Ensuring the seamless implementation of the Flying Tiger Copenhagen concept through professional service, efficient inventory management, attractive product presentation and teamwork, in order to create a positive customer experience and achieve optimal sales results.

Description

Concept and operational model implementation

• Applying the Flying Tiger Copenhagen concept in daily operations.
• Following manuals, guidelines and standards for commercial and operational processes.
• Ensuring consistency in the visual identity and store layout.

• Organizing and controlling the product receiving process.
• Ensuring accurate inventory records and organization.
• Replenishment of products in accordance with the planogram and instructions.

• Following the product layout planograms.
• Maintaining a neat and attractive appearance of shelves and display areas.
• Actively promoting and selling products according to the brand concept.

• Providing a high standard of service in line with Flying Tiger Copenhagen's values.
• Proactively communicating with customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Resolving customer issues and needs in a professional manner.

• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Participating in activities to optimize sales results and operational efficiency.
• Sharing ideas and supporting process improvements.

• Efficient and accurate cash handling and collection.
• Performing cash and non-cash transactions in accordance with procedures.
• Ensuring accuracy and security in all financial transactions.

Requirements

• Secondary School
• Good knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet - is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Business English Language is an advantage
