Short Description

On behalf of our client, Just Fun d.o.o. and the Danish retail brand with stores worldwide – Flying Tiger Copenhagen – Manpower Serbia is seeking motivated candidates for the Store Manager role.The Store Manager has full responsibility for the results, operations, concept, visual merchandising, staff and work environment of the store and ensures that the store complies with the laws, rules and guidelines of the market.

Description

Sales

  • Overall responsibility for the store's revenue and expenses
  • Achieving sales targets and business objectives as defined by the manager
  • Leading the store staff to achieve sales and profitability KPIs through high standards of operational execution
  • Analyzing store performance and taking timely action as necessary
  • Ensuring the customer experience in the store through the Flying Tiger Copenhagen customer service approach
Retail Operations
  • Implementing the Flying Tiger Copenhagen concept of commercial and operational models, following manuals and guidelines
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient product reception process, coordinating with store staff scheduling
  • Managing staff planning, according to Customer Zone (peak customer in the store)
  • Assign routine and non-routine tasks in preparing the daily schedule for sales assistants, ensuring that activities are carried out in the most efficient manner
  • Ensure that concept standards are followed in stores providing reports (using the reporting tool in the application)
  • Monitor ongoing processes to ensure accurate inventory data
  • Ensure that the store complies with local policies, legal requirements and ethical standards, including local health and safety regulations
  • Lead, coach and train store teams to effectively execute and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are followed. E.g. cash handling, security, HR policies
Leadership
  • Overall responsibility for store employees: managing the entire employee lifecycle, including contract management, onboarding and training of new employees, motivating and developing staff, physical and mental well-being, as well as the work environment, sick leave and follow-up, succession planning and termination
  • Responsible for recruitment and hiring, with the approval of the regional manager
  • Ensuring compliance with basic labor laws, collective agreements and policies
  • Developing and motivating store staff, ensuring talent development, well-being and retention in the store
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships; contributing to effective teamwork through collaboration across the organization
  • Facilitating and communicating company and brand values, goals and culture
  • Training and supporting store staff in sales, visual merchandising and store operations

Requirements

  • University degree would be considered an advantage.
  • Previousworking experience in the same or similar position in retail
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
  • Very Good knowledge of Business English language
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinadynamicandfast-growingenvironment
  • Readiness for continuous learning and development of new knowledge and skills
