Short Description

On behalf of our client, Just Fun d.o.o. and the Danish retail brand with stores worldwide – Flying Tiger Copenhagen – Manpower Serbia is seeking motivated candidates for the Retail Manager role. The purpose of this position is to ensure consistent application of retail standards and a unified visual identity across stores, to support strategic sales growth through performance monitoring, process optimization, and staff development. The position also includes reporting and cost management to ensure alignment with corporate goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive customer loyalty.

Description

1. Stores Development: Mastering the company's stores

  • Planning of new stores
  • Coordination with contractors and monitoring store opening budgets
  • Enabling full store functionality for opening day
2. Merchandising and Visual Identity: Ensuring standards and a unified look and feel of the stores
  • Implementing and aligning merchandising standards across all stores.
  • Ensuring that each store reflects the spirit of Flying Tiger Copenhagen.
  • Solving merchandising-related issues and challenges in day-to-day operations.
3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Increasing efficiency and supporting sales teams.
  • Monitoring store sales and operational performance.
  • Optimization of processes to improve effectiveness.
  • Supporting teams to achieve sales targets.
4. Reporting and Cost Management: Measuring results and planning budgets
  • Preparing regular reports on performance and activities.
  • Recommending improvements and developing strategies.
  • Managing costs and monitoring budget constraints.
5. Training and staff development: Improving the knowledge and skills of the team.
  • Organizing and conducting training for staff.
  • Improving the sales and merchandising skills of the team.
6. Communication and coordination: Alignment with corporate goals and integration of departments.
  • Communicating and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals and standards.
  • Developing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • University Degree in business, management, economics, or a similar field
  • Previous working experience in the retail industry
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
  • Excellent knowledge of Business English Language
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and results orientation
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
  • Good knowledge of the store development process
  • High level of work ethic and responsibility towards work
