Opis
As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high technical standards, ensuring product compliance, and delivering strong customer support across the company’s portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between commercial and technical functions, offering expert guidance to internal teams, partners, and end users.
- Client Advisory – Provide specialized technical guidance and practical support to existing clients and installation companies, advising them on product choice, configuration, and application to ensure effective use in real-world scenarios.
- Technical Documentation – Ensure that all technical documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date, including approvals, declarations of conformity, performance data, manuals, and translations. Contribute to documentation for new products in cooperation with Group R&D and maintain the internal documentation database.
- Training Preparation and Delivery – Develop and deliver technical and commercial training sessions for distributors, installers, and partners.
- Regulatory Liaison – Coordinate with local authorities and certification bodies to secure necessary product approvals and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Technical Support – Provide on-site technical assistance when required, such as during installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Project Management (New Products) – Support the introduction of new products into the company portfolio through documentation preparation, certification, and approvals. Collaborate with other departments, report progress to the Project Director, and participate in testing, validation, and training for new systems.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Administration to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to customer and product support.
- Continuous Improvement – Contribute to the enhancement of processes within the technical department, aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Business Development & Sales Support – Actively identify and engage new clients, partners, and project opportunities within the installation and construction market.
Zahtevi
- University degree in a technical field (Installations, Civil or Industrial Constructions, Energy) - or equivalent technical education combined with relevant experience, preferably - Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the technical field, in heating installations (priority - gas boilers, heat pumps).
- Solid understanding of installation and heating systems, with the ability to provide practical support and advice to clients and partners
- Knowledge of energy and hydraulic calculations is not mandatory, but represents a valuable advantage.
- Ability to give basic guidance on sizing and system configuration during trainings, for educational purposes (not design responsibility)
- English level at minimum B1 level (spoken and written)
- Driving License B category
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with technical documentation tools and databases
- Service-minded and customer-focused approach when evaluating situations and handling customer interventions.
- Ability to extract diagnostic data and determine the root cause of reported defects; strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
