Process Lead

Short Description

On behalf of our client, British American Tobacco, Manpower Serbia is looking for a candidate who will successfully meet the requirements of the position: Process Lead.

Description

• Ensure safe work practices and active participation in EHS activities and trainings.
• Drive quality assurance by reducing quality incidents and training others on quality parameters.
• Analyze production data, extract key losses, and identify actions for improvement.
• Support the development and application of CL and CO standards (DMS).
• Promote and apply IWS methodology and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5WHY, 6W2H, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of production data and maintain key production documents.
• Participate in and support trials, MQS/VSU processes, and preparation of production presentations.
• Train and mentor team members in technical knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners/OEMs.

Requirements

• Technical diploma (university degree preferred).
• Prior experience as a Process Lead is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience with factory systems such as AIDA, SAP, and ANT.
• Solid understanding of IWS principles and EHS standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to train others and effectively present to both small and large audiences.
• Strong computer and English language skills.
