POSM Design Development Associate

Short Description

On behalf of our client, Philip Morris International, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of POSM Design Development Associate. 

Description

• Daily communication with suppliers, material manufacturers, and marketing agencies 
• Maintaining communication with internal and external clients 
• Support the monitoring of channel strategy implementation
• Help develop new and improve existing PPOSM solutions
• Support the oversight of materials, working with suppliers and creative agencies to provide designs and solutions 
• Support precise POSM database management in a timely manner 
• Monitoring the entire project, including all key phases (milestones) and deadlines
• Follow PM policies and procedures and ensure adherence throughout the organization 

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in technical field 
• Advanced level of English 
• Valid driver’s license 
• Previous experience is not required, but experience in sales or project management is advantage 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Excelent communication skills 
• Flexible and energetic
