Financial Controlling Associate

Short Description

On behalf of our client, Philip Morris International, Manpower Serbia is searching for for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position Financial Controlling Associate. 

Description

• Collects assumptions on headcount/ overheads/ shipping and distribution rates and provides input to PBF&R tool for OB and RFs.
• Performs monthly actualization process in local financial system and various system reconciliations / alignments in budget/RF periods. 
• Monitors actual spend of the market vs latest budget plans, escalates material deviations and proposes corrective actions to Manager Finance Controlling.
• Ensures proper and timely data entries into the system in accordance with the service agreement.
• Calculates Intercompany Recharges in the budget/ rolling forecast periods to ensure Legal Entity IS accuracy. 

Requirements

• University degree in economics or finance
• Advanced knowledge of English 
• Microsoft Office (Excel) 
• Previous experience is not necessary
• Fast Lerner, eager to work in dynamic, multicultural environment with good communication skills
