Pit Supervisor

• Supervision of the studio: monitoring gaming processes and ensuring compliance with company rules and policies
• Overseeing the performance of game presenters and shufflers on the floor
• Monitoring and cooperating with the Risk Management Department (detecting suspicious activities or potential fraud)
• Checking the quality of video and audio streams (mobile and desktop versions)
• Controlling and verifying the proper functioning of studio equipment
• Preparing reports and maintaining incident documentation
• Managing gaming tables (opening/closing, publishing for clients, searching for information)
• Performing daily control of game statuses and payout accuracy
• Forwarding incidents to relevant departments
• Updating and maintaining documentation
• Providing hands-on training for new pit supervisors
• Responding to emergency situations and technical issues
• Collaborating with the Risk Management Department, Team Leaders, Tier 2 Support, Technical Operations (TechOps), and Customer Support
• Meeting KPI targets defined for this role
