Apply On behalf of our client, multinacional company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Marketing Assistant..

Job description
•Plan and implement digital campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to increase brand awareness and generate leads
•Support the execution of global and local campaigns, ensuring alignment with key KPIs
•Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic and engagement on the company website
•Monitor and optimize the performance of paid and organic campaigns using data insights
•Manage newsletters, email automations, and targeted campaigns
•Lead local rollouts of new digital tools and experiences (e.g. AR/VR, gamification)
•Drive SEO/SEM strategy and manage remarketing campaigns via tools like Google Ads
•Conduct audience targeting, keyword selection, and manage accounts on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and Bing
•Track digital KPIs, analyze results, and provide insights to improve performance
•Support partners in strengthening their digital presence
•Evaluate the end-to-end digital customer experience across channels
•Launch and support new products and campaigns through effective digital promotion
•Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget on a monthly basis
•Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide goals and initiatives

Position Requirements
•Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to areas such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, or display advertising
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates are also welcome to apply)
•Basic understanding of Google Ads (certification is a plus, but not required)
•Interest in learning and developing skills in SEO and other digital marketing techniques
•Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is an advantage
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team
•English advanced level
