IQOS Content Associate Serbia & Montenegro

Apply On behalf of our client, the renowned company Philip Morris International, we are looking for a candidate who will successfully meet the requirements of the position: IQOS Content Associate Serbia & Montenegro.

Job description:
• Develop consumer-facing offline and retail content materials in line with IQOS brand and global
guidelines
• Support the creation and execution of the PPOSM and TPOSM strategy to ensure maximum
product visibility
• Execute the local content plan and activation calendar in alignment with brand strategy
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns (seasonal, tactical, offers, loyalty programs)
• Ensure compliance of all materials with legal and corporate regulations
• Execute omnichannel campaigns across offline and online channels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Brand Engagement, CEX & Comm Ops teams
• Manage retail infrastructure and develop TPOSM solutions
• Maintain relationships with creative agencies and manage content budget
• Track execution learnings and provide insights for future planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies, marketing code, and regulatory requirements

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Economics, Psychology/Sociology, or Management
• Experience: 1+ years in Marketing
• Fluent English
• Strong PC skills
• Achievement-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong presentation skills (reporting, proposals, briefs)
• Consumer-centric mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action
