AFR/OFR OPS Specialist - Chinese language

• Act as Customer first point of contact for shipment information, incident/complaint management, ad hoc pricing, and claims
• Ensure that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile and solve simple issues and proactively seek guidance to solve more complex issues
• Administer shipment level activities including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport
• Manage shipments in line with the customer service commitment
• Track, record and proactively communicate exceptions/operational irregularities
• Responsible for high shipment data quality
• Follow and implement necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments
• Route and/or assign shipments to relevant consol that meets our customers service commitment and maximized our profits
• Support new business during hypercare phases
• Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes and necessary back-up documentation ensuring customer invoice timeliness and accuracy
• Investigate/supports invoice disputes
• Identify and communicate recurring issues, and suggest enhancements to processes focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
• Identify and communicate performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
• Implement and follow all instructions and requirements to ensure the health and safety at work.
• Performs all other duties as requested by the Superior Manager
• Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge
• Identify customer’s needs, analyse and solve problems and promote DGF service combined with tailor made solutions if necessary;
• Supporting the customer contact by assistance in preparing customer documents;
• To take care during work about customer satisfaction.
