HR Business Partner

• Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees across the region.
• Partner with leaders on organisational design, workforce and succession planning, talent management and employee engagement.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Identify people-related risks and opportunities and provide practical, commercially focused solutions.
• Use HR data and insights to support business decisions.
• Lead or support organisational change initiatives across the region.
• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Serbian organisation.

Talent, Performance & Regional HR

• Support performance, goal-setting and talent management processes.
• Identify key talent, development needs and succession risks together with business leaders.
• Support managers in handling complex employee relations, performance and conduct matters.
• Contribute to regional HR projects and the implementation of global HR programmes, policies and systems.
• Partner with HR Centres of Expertise including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll and HR Operations.

HR Administration & Payroll – Serbia

• Ensure accurate personnel administration, including employment contracts, amendments, employee documentation and employment status changes.
• Manage HR documentation related to onboarding, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Work closely with Finance and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll.
• Validate payroll inputs and support resolution of payroll-related discrepancies and employee queries.
• Ensure HR activities are aligned with Serbian labour legislation and internal policies
