Branch Director / Development Director (Serbia)

• Lead and coordinate the operations of the local branch.
• Represent the organization before public authorities, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cooperation between local and international teams within a matrix organization.
• Ensure implementation of corporate policies, procedures and governance standards.
• Monitor business performance, budgets, cash flow and operational KPIs.
• Support decision-making, risk management and continuous improvement of business processes.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing working environment.

• Manage real estate development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Participate in investment evaluations and land acquisition processes.
• Oversee project budgets, financial performance, timelines and risk management.
• Coordinate permitting, design development, procurement and construction activities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment between all project stakeholders.
• Monitor project execution to ensure delivery in accordance with approved scope, budget, quality and schedule.
• Participate in strategic decisions related to sales, marketing, construction and overall project execution.
