Application Support and Technical Analyst

• Monitor the health, availability, and performance of business-critical applications and scheduled processes.
• Troubleshoot application, data, integration, and workflow issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement or coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical support to internal users across Trading, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Accounting.
• Administer users, permissions, reference data, and other application configurations.
• Work closely with developers and external vendors on incidents, system changes, enhancements, and releases.
• Create and execute test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system changes before and after releases.
• Support projects related to reporting, automation, integrations, data quality, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive activities and improve operational processes.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and user guides and contribute to improving support processes.
