Accounts Payable Team Lead

• Take the ownership of the Accounts Payable processes and contribute to daily operational activities
• Build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions both within the SSC, wider organization and externally to maintain an understanding of the process context and deadlines
• Review and validate work accuracy and quality of P2P team members
• Supervise AP cut-off and provide information (accruals…) and analysis
• Participate actively in SSC governance, at operational level
• Identify problem areas in the process and collaborate to find solutions
• Manage resource allocation in the AP team to ensure efficient/effective resource utilization
• Spend time on coaching of the team
• Assist SSC Director in setting performance measurement procedures for all employees
• Monitor AP stream KPIs for(Productivity, Accuracy, Internal Customer Satisfaction, Compliance, Cost efficiency) to achieve SSC objectives
• Review team members against monthly targets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information produced by the team
