Architect

ApplyArchitectural Design & Project Management 

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design process from concept development to project completion.
• Develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective architectural solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international building codes, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Review and approve conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design integrity. 
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects adhere to design specifications and quality standards. Technical & Compliance Oversight 
• Ensure all projects meet local Maldivian construction regulations, zoning laws, and environmental policies. 
• Supervise the selection of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies aligned with international standards. 
• Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot design-related challenges in large-scale projects. Stakeholder & Client Collaboration 
• Work closely with clients, investors, and developers to translate their vision into functional and aesthetically appealing designs. 
• Present design concepts, feasibility reports, and technical justifications to stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials for luxury projects

Sustainability & Innovation 

• Integrate eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable design principles into projects. 
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, innovative construction techniques, and smart building technologies. 
• Implement modular and prefabricated construction methods where applicable to improve efficiency.
