Sales representative

On behalf of our client, Terra Group Invest, a leading company in ceramic and bathroom equipment sales, we are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate to join as a Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with construction companies, ceramic distributors, and architectural firms to promote and sell products.
• Manage wholesale sales, consistently meeting sales targets and supporting long-term business success.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
• Prepare detailed offers and invoices based on client needs.
• Monitor sales performance to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A university degree is preferred, especially in construction
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in ceramics or a related field.
• Strong command of English or Turkish, both spoken and written.
• Proactive and solution-driven with excellent communication skills.
