Prijavi seCountry SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and coordination

• Act as the main accounting contact for the Country CFO and local Finance team.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination between the SSC and local stakeholders.
• Support the alignment of SSC deliverables with country-specific requirements.

General Accounting, month-end closing & tax

• Perform and review general ledger activities in compliance with the monthly closing calendar.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of all relevant balance sheet accounts, including accounts payable, fixed assets, intercompany accounts and calculate cut-off accruals
• Oversee fixed asset accounting: capitalization, depreciation, and disposals, in close collaboration with country operators and SSC AP team
• Calculate and post tax-related entries (e.g., VAT…) as per country-specific regulations (with the support of Country CFO)
• Ensure all reconciliations and account justifications are properly prepared, documented, and reviewed.
• Lead intercompany reconciliation activities and ensure alignment with group policies and deadlines.
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of monthly financial reports for business and group finance stakeholders.
• Post analytical reclassification and adjustment entries based on inputs from the Country CFO and Financial Controller.
• Ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial data across all reporting dimensions.

Financial Audit Coordination

• Coordinating financial audit activities within SSC and between SSC and local Finance team
• Collaboration with auditors

Analytical reviews & Continuous Improvement

• Participate actively in weekly and monthly financial reviews with the Country CFO and Financial Controller.
• Identify and support opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation.
